Voxel Launch
$10/mo
For those starting out either testing different things, or little to no traffic.
We will host the site on our server, manage backups, SSL, PHP version, and caching! You will have very limited access to the hosting server as we do everything for you.
*nothing is ever unlimited but there aren’t any actual limits to the number of sites on a server. It comes down to performance of the server as you continue to add sites to it. The more sites, the slow the server will become. So be sure to keep that in mind when choosing which plan you want for your website(s).
What do these numbers mean?
RAM – RAM in a server acts like the computer’s short-term memory. It temporarily stores data that the server is actively using so it can access it quickly. More RAM allows a website to handle more visitors at the same time or to run more complex applications efficiently.
Storage – This refers to the amount of space available to store your website’s files, like text, images, videos, and any databases you might use. Think of it like the hard drive on your personal computer where all your files are kept.
vCPU – The vCPU, or virtual CPU, represents the server’s processing power. It’s like the brain of the server that handles all calculations and operations needed to run your website. Having more CPUs means your server can handle more tasks simultaneously, improving the speed and responsiveness of your website.
Bandwidth – Bandwidth is the amount of data that can be transferred to and from your website within a given period, usually measured monthly. High bandwidth means that more data can move swiftly between your website and its users, which is crucial for high-traffic sites or when transferring large files like videos.
Fun Fact!
Here are the specs for the Voxel Guide's server with 5 sites.
RAM - 2 GB
Storage - 80 GB
vCPU - 2

Upgrading My Server
How will I know when I need to upgrade to the next tier?
Your site will tell you! It will become slow, unresponsive, and maybe even giving you errors when loading. Your hosting dashboard will also let you know that you are nearing your limit on resources hinting that it is time for an upgrade.
