Post and Comment Migration

So I have a funeral home site done in WP and ACF. There are currently 5,000 posts under that post type. They are using ACF fields and ACF relationships to other post types as well. Each of those posts also has the native WP comment system on it each with their own comments. Currently 14,000 comments across the entire site.

I need a price quote on migrating those posts for the obituaries keeping the related information assigned AND migrating the current WP comments into a timeline for each post assigned to the correct post.

Also need another post type migrated and fields mapped. That part is simple.

All of this would have to happen over a single weekend as the website can only have so much down time.
