I like the look of the archive page; as a single preview card (mobile style?) I would position the title and rating (just one star "if possible" with a scale of 4/5 and number of ratings (2)), as well as email and telephone number, next to each other.

I think you could simply make the "Open now" text the same as the icon color on the same line.

Agree with Gregory Storm about the colors. Also curious if adding contact info to the card dissuades people from continuing on to the single listing page. And if that matters from an seo standpoint?
